By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the shipping terms, estimated delivery timelines, and responsibilities outlined in this policy. Please note that delivery estimates begin after production, quality checks, and order confirmation.
Shipping Methods
Wholesale buyers may choose from the following shipping options depending on order size, urgency, and destination:
- Air Freight: Ideal for urgent bulk orders and smaller pallet shipments. Transit time depends on weight and destination; charges vary accordingly.
- Sea Freight: Cost-effective for large-volume or container shipments. Delivery times depend on port availability, shipping route, and customs clearance.
- International Courier: Reliable door-to-door service via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, or EMS. Best suited for smaller bulk orders requiring fast delivery.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch from our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. Production, customization, and quality control are not included in these estimates.
- Air Freight: 5–12 business days
- Courier Services: 3–10 business days
- Sea Freight: Delivery varies by shipment size, port, and destination
Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond Dhalay International’s control. Such delays are not grounds for order cancellation or refund.
International Shipping
Dhalay International ships worldwide to wholesale buyers. Shipping availability, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and order size.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations, including required licenses, certifications, or documentation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.
All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in product or shipping prices. Non-payment of duties may result in shipment delays, return, or disposal by local authorities.
Packaging & Protection
All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Bulk or palletized shipments include protective materials to minimize risk of damage during transit.
Each package is clearly labeled with order details and shipping information to facilitate accurate delivery and smooth customs clearance.
Payment & Shipping Terms
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, destination, and chosen shipping method. Buyers will receive a detailed shipping quote along with the proforma invoice.
Standard payment terms: 50% advance at order confirmation, 50% before shipment for orders above $1000. Orders below $1000 require 100% advance payment. Accepted payment methods include T/T Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram.
Orders will be dispatched only after full compliance with payment terms. Title of goods remains with Dhalay International until full payment is received.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided for courier or air shipments after dispatch, allowing real-time monitoring through the carrier’s tracking system.
For sea freight or bulk shipments, tracking may be limited and will be provided by the freight forwarder.
