This Sampling Policy applies to all wholesale sample requests for custom sportswear from Dhalay International. We provide high-quality samples to verified business clients to evaluate product quality, fit, fabric performance, and customization capabilities before placing bulk orders.
Samples help ensure complete satisfaction with our manufacturing standards. By requesting samples, buyers agree to our terms including sample costs, production timelines, and non-refundable policy.
Eligibility Requirements
Samples are available exclusively to verified wholesale buyers with legitimate business interests:
- Established retailers, distributors, sports teams, and corporate clients
- Businesses providing company registration, tax ID, or active business website
- Buyers intending to place minimum bulk orders after sample approval
Individual consumers and non-business entities do not qualify for samples.

Sample Costs & Payment
Samples are provided at discounted rates (not free) to ensure serious wholesale commitment:
- Basic Samples: USD 10–50 per item (jerseys, shorts, track pants)
- Custom Samples: USD 20–100 per item (with printing, embroidery, logos)
- Bulk Sample Sets: Special pricing for 5+ items (negotiable)
Payment Terms: 100% advance via T/T Bank Transfer, Western Union, or MoneyGram. Sample costs are non-refundable but creditable toward future bulk orders.
Production Timeline
Sample production begins after payment confirmation and design approval:
- Basic Samples: 7–10 business days
- Custom Samples: 10–14 business days
- Complex Customizations: 14–21 business days
Customers receive regular production updates. Rush orders may be available at additional cost.
Shipping & Delivery
Buyer pays all shipping costs. Standard delivery options:
- DHL/FedEx Express: 3–7 business days (USD 25–60)
- Economy Air: 7–14 business days (lower cost)
Buyer responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. Full tracking provided.
Quality Assurance
Every sample undergoes rigorous quality control before dispatch:
- Stitching, measurements, and construction inspection
- Fabric quality, colorfastness, and performance testing
- Customization accuracy (printing, embroidery, patches)
Defective samples replaced free of charge (manufacturing faults only, not shipping damage).
Sample Usage Terms
Samples are for evaluation only and remain property of Dhalay International until bulk payment:
- No resale, commercial use, or distribution permitted
- Maximum 3–5 samples per buyer per month
- Must be returned or credited toward bulk production

- We reserve right to decline requests without legitimate bulk order intent
- Sample costs credited only toward orders placed within 90 days
- Provide accurate shipping addresses to avoid delays or additional costs
