By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms, which ensure timely processing, smooth delivery, and financial security for both parties.

Payment Terms

To streamline transactions and protect both buyers and Dhalay International, all wholesale orders follow a structured three-stage payment schedule. The stages, percentages, and conditions are detailed below:

Three-Stage Payment Schedule

  • 50% Advance Payment: Required at order confirmation to secure your order. This payment initiates production, ensures allocation of materials, and allows scheduling of manufacturing resources.
  • 30% During Production: Paid once production begins. This ensures ongoing quality checks, monitoring of production milestones, and allocation of labor and resources.
  • 20% Before Shipment: Remaining balance due prior to dispatch. Customers have the right to examine the delivered items before completing this payment. Orders will only be released after full payment is received.

Additional Payment Terms

  • All goods remain the property of Dhalay International until full payment is received.
  • For orders valued at USD 1,000 or more: 50% advance & 50% before shipment.
  • For orders valued at less than USD 1,000: 100% advance payment is required.
  • Payments must be made using approved secure methods: card payments, money transfers, or bank transfers. Online website payments are not accepted.
  • All payments should be made in USD or another mutually agreed currency. Currency conversion rates for international transactions may apply as per the chosen payment method.
  • Please ensure your order reference number is included in all transactions. Missing references may cause delays in processing your payment.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are handled with fairness and transparency. The following applies to wholesale orders:

  • Before Production Begins: Full refund of advance payment (50%) is available upon cancellation.
  • During Production (After Advance Payment, Before Final Payment): 30% of the total order value will be refunded if a cancellation is requested.
  • Before Shipment (After Production Completion): 20% refund may be available, depending on materials and production costs already incurred.
  • After Shipment: No refunds will be issued once the order has been dispatched.

Note: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. International bank fees may apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
