Three Printing Methods — One Factory

All three primary sportswear decoration methods operate in-house, eliminating subcontracting delays and quality handoff risks. The optimal method depends on your fabric type, design complexity, color requirements, and order volume — we recommend the best approach during quoting.

What Sets Us Apart From Other Sportswear Manufacturers

Sialkot is the world's second-largest sportswear production hub — and within Sialkot, Dhalay International distinguishes itself through in-house quality control, accessible minimums, and transparent communication. Here's what our clients consistently cite as reasons they stay.

Vertical Integration

Fabric sourcing, sublimation, embroidery, screen printing, cutting, sewing, QC, and packing — all in one facility. No subcontracting, no quality handoffs, no finger-pointing between suppliers.

In-House Testing Lab

Every fabric batch is tested for GSM (ASTM D3776), tensile strength (ASTM D5034), colorfastness (AATCC), pilling resistance, shrinkage, and thermal resistance — before it enters production. Test reports available on request.

Low MOQ: 500 Pieces

Most sportswear factories require 1,000–5,000 piece minimums. We start at 500 pieces per design/colorway — accessible for emerging brands, test runs, and niche product launches without sacrificing production quality.

Free Fabric Samples

Up to 3 A4 fabric swatches shipped free via DHL/FedEx worldwide. Touch, stretch, and test the fabric before committing production budget. Essential for heavyweight fabrics where hand feel is critical.

True Private Label

Your brand identity on every garment — custom woven labels, printed care labels, hang tags, poly bags, and carton branding. Zero Dhalay markings on finished goods. Complete brand confidentiality.

4-Hour Quote Turnaround

Detailed quotes with per-unit pricing, fabric recommendations, printing method, and lead time — typically within 4 business hours of receiving your design or specification. No chasing, no delays.

Certified & Auditable

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (chemical safety), ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), GRS (recycled materials), GOTS (organic cotton). All certifications verifiable and available for your retail compliance documentation.

40+ Countries, Full Export

Export documentation, customs clearance, and freight logistics handled end-to-end. We work with DHL, FedEx, and experienced freight forwarders for sea and air shipments to North America, Europe, Middle East, APAC, and Africa.

Custom Color Matching

Pantone, TCX, and custom color development with physical lab dips shipped for approval before production. Sublimation-compatible polyester in any colorway — no minimum color run required for production orders.

120+ Fabrics Across Every Weight Class

Our fabric range spans 60 GSM ultra-lightweight base layers through 400+ GSM non-wearable technical insulation. We stock and source polyester, cotton, blends, fleece, mesh, compression, sustainable, and performance-treated fabrics — all tested in-house. Browse the full catalog or jump to your weight class.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our MOQ is 500 pieces per design/colorway. For fabric-only orders, the minimum is 60 meters. We keep MOQs accessible for emerging brands and test runs while maintaining production efficiency. If you need smaller quantities for prototyping, we can discuss sample runs separately.
Yes. We ship up to 3 A4-size fabric swatches free of charge via DHL or FedEx to any country. For heavyweight fabrics (300+ GSM), we strongly recommend requesting samples before production because the hand feel and rigidity are difficult to assess from specifications alone. Sample requests are processed within 1 business day.
We offer three primary methods: sublimation printing (all-over full-color on 100% polyester, no minimum color run, no hand feel), screen printing (bold graphics with plastisol or water-based inks, 1–6 colors, works on any fabric), and embroidery (machine embroidery up to 15+ colors, premium textured finish, works on any fabric weight). The best method depends on your fabric type, design complexity, and order volume — we recommend the optimal approach during the quoting stage.
Standard production takes 14–25 business days from sample approval. Simple designs on lightweight fabrics (100–180 GSM polyester jerseys) are at the faster end. Heavyweight fleece garments (300+ GSM), bonded constructions, and complex multi-panel designs take longer. Rush orders can be accommodated in 10–14 days with a surcharge. Add 3–5 days for air freight or 7–14 days for sea freight to your destination.
Absolutely. We manufacture under your brand identity with full confidentiality — no Dhalay markings appear on any finished goods. We can source custom woven labels, printed care labels, hang tags, size labels, poly bags, individual packaging, and carton branding to your exact specifications. Label sourcing is included in the production timeline and quoted upfront.
We work with 120+ fabric options across 60–400+ GSM. This includes polyester (single jersey, interlock, mesh), cotton and cotton blends (CVC, TC, combed, ring-spun, organic), fleece (micro, polar, bonded), spandex blends (compression, yoga, swimwear), nylon, merino wool, bamboo, and recycled materials (rPET, recycled nylon). Every fabric is tested in-house per ASTM and AATCC standards before production use. See our full fabric catalog for details.
Yes. We ship to 40+ countries across North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Africa. We handle all export documentation, customs paperwork, and can arrange both sea freight (cost-effective for bulk orders, 7–14 day transit) and air freight (faster for urgent deliveries, 3–5 day transit). We work with DHL, FedEx, and experienced freight forwarders who specialize in textile exports from Pakistan. Shipping method and cost are discussed during quoting based on your deadline and budget.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we produce sportswear to your design specifications — you provide the design, we handle manufacturing. Private label goes further: we can also assist with fabric selection, design development, and technical specifications under your brand name. In practice, most of our clients use a hybrid approach — they bring their brand identity and design direction, and we provide fabric expertise, production engineering, and quality control. Both options use your labels and packaging exclusively.
Yes. Send us a physical sample garment and we will reverse-engineer the fabric weight, composition, knit construction, stitch type, and measurements to produce an identical or improved version under your brand. We can also match garments from photos and descriptions, though physical samples give the most accurate results. Sample development typically takes 7–10 business days.
Our QC process covers three stages: pre-production (fabric testing for GSM, colorfastness, shrinkage, tensile strength), in-line (random inspections during cutting, sewing, and printing to catch defects early), and final (100% visual inspection, measurement verification, and packaging check before shipment). We follow AQL 2.5 industry standard for defect acceptance. Test reports and photos are available at each stage upon request.
